At Montessori Nomad LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our Montessori educational materials. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery for items in original condition.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Within 30 days of the delivery date
  • In its original packaging
  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items that have been used, assembled, or show signs of wear
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products or downloadable content

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at returns@montessorinomad.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box.
  4. Ship the Return: Send the package to our returns center using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
  • Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • International Returns: Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs/duties fees.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Credit Card Refunds: Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
  • PayPal Refunds: Refunds typically appear within 24-48 hours.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product or size, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing time for your exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage or defect
  • Photos of the packaging

We will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost, or issue a full refund including original shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, if your order has not yet shipped, we may still be able to cancel it—please contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our return process.
